The University Libraries will be hosting Writing Consultants from the Meijer Center for Writing and Michigan Authors in the Zumberge Library on December 4, 5 and 6. The Writing Consultants will located in the reference area of the library from 7:00pm to 9:00pm on each of those days.

Writing Consultants at Zumberge
November 30th, 2006Zumberge Open 24 Hours December 4-14
November 29th, 2006Zumberge Library in Allendale will be open 24 hours a day from 6:00am on December 4 until 9:00pm on December 14.
Laptops, books and other materials will not be available for checkout between 12:00am and 7:30am during these days.
Extended Hours at University Libraries
November 29th, 2006The University Libraries will expanding their hours December 4-14.
In addition to the expanded hours the libraries will be hosting Writing Consultants in the Zumberge Library on December 4-6 from 7:00pm-9:00pm.
Free massages will be offered at the Zumberge Library on December 5, 6, 7, 11 and 12 from 6:00pm-8:00pm and at the Steelcase Library on December 6, 7, 11 and 12 from 7:00pm-8:00pm.
Zumberge Library will be open 24 hours a day beginning at 6:00 am on December 4 until 9:00 pm on December 14.
Steelcase Library wil be open:

December 8: 7:30am-9:00pm
December 9: 9:00am-9:00pm
December 10: 11:00am-2:00am

RefWorks Web-based Bibliographic Manager Workshops
November 5th, 2006Bring your research articles and build your bibliography during upcoming hands-on sessions at the Steelcase Library and CHS.
Learn to:
* import citations from a database
* edit records
* create and print a simple bibliography
These classes are open to all GVSU students, faculty, and staff, and has been approved for COT non-technical credit per HR.
