The American Council of Learned Societies History E-Books Project is a collaboration of eight learned societies, sixty contributing publishers and the librarians at the University of Michigan’s Scholarly Publishing Office. There are 1,100 full text titles in the project which can be accessed either through the database or through the Voyager online catalog. The books are fully searchable and of high quality. The project covers several fields in historical studies. The project is available 24/7 on and off campus.

Literature Resource Center from Gale – coming in December

Gale’s Literature Resource Center is the premier collection of literary and critical resources available online. The Gale Literature Resource Center includes traditional literary reference works, critical information on authors and their works, current journal articles and additional resources. Despite the name, this resource is not limited to literary figures and works. Researchers will find a broad range of biographical and critical information at their fingertips. LRC includes the Dictionary of Literary Biography, Contemporary Authors, several of the literary criticism sets and over 200 full text journals.
